$25K Reward Offered In Deadly Prince George's Shooting

Authorities in Prince George's County are investigating a shooting that left one person dead on Sunday.

The unidentified male was shot on the 15400 block of Empress Way in Bowie around 7:50 p.m., police said in a statement.

The victim was found outside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The victim's name will be released pending notification of kin.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

The Prince George’s County Police Department investigates all homicides that occur within the City of Bowie.
